This Refund and Return Policy defines the terms under which IVM handles refunds, cancellations and service reversals related to its trading and financial services.
This Policy applies to all clients using IVM’s trading, brokerage and financial technology services.
Due to the nature of financial markets and executed trades, all completed trading transactions are final and non-refundable.
Deposits made to trading accounts are non-refundable once credited, except in cases of proven system error or unauthorized transactions.
Fees for platform access, signals, software or subscriptions are non-refundable once service access has been granted.
Refunds may be issued in cases of confirmed technical malfunction, duplicate charges or unauthorized use, subject to internal investigation.
Clients are required to contact IVM before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–30 business days depending on payment provider.
All refund requests are subject to AML/KYC and compliance verification.
IVM reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
Refund requests must be submitted to IVM Client Services Department.
